Pros

Management was nice and understanding.

Cons

Everyone was always stressed out. Dispatchers were rude to all customers especially insurance patients everything was a mess. They talked and laughted about the people calling. They would be rude to drivers and curse at them not my scenario I actually enjoy helping people regardless if its in person or over the phone.

Zero, long hours and below minimum wage pay.

Cons

Long hours and low pay. When the company makes a mistake about the pickup address, the pickup time or send two cabs for the same call then the cost of this mistake is paid for by the driver. The minimum for a medical voucher is $7. It takes 30 minutes to do a $7 voucher. If you can do two vouchers in an hour then that's $14 per hour. The hourly cost to lease and gas a taxi is $12. Do the math. On top of that the cash business is GONE! Uber & Lyft have it all so now the only time you can make money is between 6am & 5pm Mon- Fri. Do the math.
