People are all very nice and helpful Pace of sprints is pretty relaxed Pay is acceptable Great benefits
Cons
Still have a dress code in the office Only two weeks PTO for new hires Work from home was unheard of unless there was a blizzard pre-covid, not sure how they are handling it since I left before it really got going. High developer turnover Constantly re-arranging teams so management has not been consistent Mandatory office hours for all employees from 10AM - 4PM
