      They have benefits available for FT employees & the actual trainers are great

      Cons

      Supervisor assistance is mediocre at best. Their practices are antiquated and very inefficient. It is a top down management style with no real effort for collaboration with front line employees. No real effort to receive or implement new ideas.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
