      Pros

      Personable staff that is dedicated to the work of AAA. Very hand-on training and feedback that makes you feel valuable to the team.

      Cons

      Not much encouragement for growth or promotion. I was under the impression that I could advance within the company but no opportunities have be presented and don't seem very likely.

      Pros

      Cafe in building with nice view and seating.

      Cons

      Offers by retail management to train and help you grow weight unfulfilled. Colleague too competitive and would take highest paying leads leaving me with the grunt work. Also not properly addressed by management. Micromanaged like children. Commission and "bonus" structure very unattainable and unrealistic.
