work life balance was good, still supports employee recognition events in an economy where many companies have eliminated them as an expense reduction measure
Cons
low pay, lack of structure, out of touch management, health benefits for employees only unless spouse is unemployed or works for a company that does not provide benefits, employees do not interact/speak to one another
