As a government subcontractor they are a good company compensation wise and benefit wise, they offer really competitive salaries with great benefits for employees.
Cons
As a subcontractor if your contract ends or if you’re pulled from a contract they can’t role you over to a new contract/position so you it’s a risk where you can lose your job at any moment.
