I work from Bangalore office as software engineer Some of the Pros working here are: *Latest technology with bleeding edge innovation: It might be one of very few companies which provide good and promising work. * Open source exposure * flexible working hours. * work from home * sense of ownership * No micro management * Salary at par (slightly higher) with best companies in market. I would give thumbs up to work here given the methodology of work and degree of freedom. The work culture of Bangalore team is very good. Thanks to the director of engineering here.
Cons
I won't say this as downsides. But these are area of improvements: * HR department is not so good. * Handling of finances should be streamlined. I personally don't think the below point is a downside but would like to keep it here. * Office size is small: Don't compare it with Big offices.
