The work is independent, you are compensated well, including for drive time, and your students are sourced by the wonderful admin team. Most families are great to work with, and super appreciative of the work you do.

The only interaction with coworkers is via Slack. Sometimes the student bios are not updated by parents, so the first lesson can feel like a student evaluation rather than a planned out lesson. Pay fluctuates because families cancel lessons sometimes.
