Pay was absolutely offensive for a skilled full time position, with no benefits whatsoever Owner me primary dentist is nice enough but it is abundantly clear their focus is on expanding and the Price office suffers because of it. In the course of 2 years my responsibilities tripled but I never received any pay increase. During employee evaluations I expressed that I could not keep up with my duties and begged for help because I was overwhelmed and experienced daily panic attacks in the parking lot, causing me to be late but never more than 5 minutes. I was to,d because of tardiness there would be no pay increase, and later that day given a list of new tasks being added to my responsibilities.
