Pros

I got a paycheck, well.....except for the two times where direct deposit didn't work. They were growing fast, so lots of promotional changes for agents (regardless of experience). My friend got promoted to office manager after only two weeks of being an agent, and she has no experience!

Cons

Owners drive Bentleys and BMW's while agents make $8.50 an hour. No cleaning company, so we all clean the toilets, vacuum, work 6 days a week and get about 50 cents per sale, company makes the other 95%. Management all watch you on camera. Stores get robbed, held at gun point, nobody cares. If you take a vacation, they fire you and you have to apply again. One day of training, then guided by new manager who knows nothing. Then manager quits, new person gets promoted to manager, over and over. BUT....if you like to work long hard days making NO money with angry customers, cleaning toilets and upper management watching your every move while they run a sweat shop....then this is the place for you!

Pros

Great company. Lot's of advancement opportunities. SALES people can earn money here - order takers maybe not a lot.

Cons

Expectations are high but with expectations comes $$ opportunities. I worked at another agency (like highway but starts with a FREE...) and expecations were also high but money wasnt there and I got tired of the president yelling at me,

Pros

Essentially what every job has: lunch and full time job.

Cons

No growth, no PTO, no 401K, no sick days and no maternity/paternity leave. Very micromanaged to the point it is overwhelming.
