The only positive are the employee's not including teams leaders, managers, etc.
Cons
I worked at AF Blakemore and my experience was extremely disappointing. Communication from management was almost non-existent, leaving employees unsure about their responsibilities, which were often outside of what was stated in the contract. There was little support or clarity, and instead of addressing problems, management was quick to replace staff. Food safety standards were ignored—sick employees were still expected to work around food, creating serious contamination risks. On top of this, employees were allowed to wear inappropriate political clothing in the workplace, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. HR and unions were ineffective in dealing with these issues, leaving employees without real support. Overall, this is not a company that values its staff, professionalism, or customer safety.
