      Pros

      Lots of pros with the position, I was hired Entry level and taught the basics of a Manager position. I was able to obtain a Management role within a month of being hired. Executives are very hands on which is great for communication, and company culture as a whole. I enjoy being able to create my own paychecks, with a low level of micro-management. It's great learning and working with like-minded individuals that want you to succeed. A.E Management is an awesome company!

      Cons

      Nothing major would say they are very flexible as long as you communicate with management.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, management is very motivating and treats their employees great, there is a lot of room for growth in many aspects of the company.

      Cons

      As with any business, organization could always use improvement. It is still better than other companies I have worked for, though.

      Pros

      There is an amazing opportunity for growth within this company I started off as a sales representative and grew my way into management

      Cons

      The only thing I would say is it’s not your normal job the growth for opportunity requires commitment so I work 6 days every week not the norm for people who just want to sit and work a regular 9-5
