Pros
1. All you will do is talk to Indians who are living in America, because this company is the worst ed-tech you will come across. 2. Your full and final settlement will never be sorted, the wash their hands by giving you some pennies.
Cons
1. Hierarchy is a joke. 2. People with zero sales experience will pile up unreachable and targets. 3. Will hold or delay your salaries at their own will. 4. You will be asked for 13 to 14 hours a day. 5. People will go to any extent to break you and get their work done. 6. Bonus, Benefits and perks are only for the hierarchy and people who woo them. 7. Worst of all there is zero work life balance and managers curse and use very foul language even in the office.
