- some store management and team members are amazing and would do anything for you, same for regular customers

- axing work benefits despite preaching community and people as their core and removing free food on shift and no free made to order coffee - use the cheapest well know food supplier to maximise profit margins and no longer work with local suppliers and supporting their communities - long lone hour working with little recognition from upper management when stores hit targets - ceo calling ex staff inappropriate swears and posting about staff on linked in inappropriately showing zero value and continually belittling those that work within their store day to day - 10 hour shifts without breaks - HIGH staff turnover - no hr and lots of ‘ grey areas ‘ within the company - when speaking up about issues you are continually talked down to by one senior member of management leading to a hostile work environment
