You are heard in the company. Your opinion matters. It's just that you have to show the enthusiasm that you have something in you. Work life balance is also very nice.
Cons
One or two people in the tech team are there from the start of the company. They consider themselves as the boss of the company. So, it becomes difficult to work with those people. They don't listen to you or anyone.
