      Exposure and some experience working in a team

      Cons

      No efforts made to compensate writers - leaching off young and clueless writers for content. Unappreciative and outright rude to some. I gave them free content for months when I should have known my worth and sought paid work or created my own outlet.

      Great to build portfolio, consistent work flow.

      Cons

      Long hours, cold staff, no work life balance, low pay for the work you're doing, have writers plagiarizing other sites.
