Pros

Every day at 8Elements I learn something new, I'm surrounded by motivating people, and I'm pushed to challenge myself to reach my goals. At the events, we get to see our marketing strategies play out in front of our eyes. Working with the crew at 8Elements has helped to see the potential I have and I'm excited to go to work every day!

Cons

Houston traffic can be a lot of fun...not! If you're from here you should be used it, however. If you're a "status quo", routine kind of person you won't like the challenging, innovative environment here.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere, awesome people, awesome opportunity to grow and succeed if you push yourself hard enough. Here you will learn a lot about the importance of positive attitude, student mentality, and networking not only at work but also in life. You'll have the leaders and the mentors by your side to help you only if you let them. You will also have the opportunities to build your network with successful people only if you take the time.

Cons

Long hours and lots of travelling with low compensation. The schedule is flexible depending on your performance, thus salary is not guaranteed. If you wanna learn and grow, here is your place. If you're only desperate to make money, it might not be the best opportunity at first. It will take some time and tons and tons of effort. As for me, I'll be honest with myself that I wasn't good enough for the job. I was the only guy most of the times so I often felt left out somehow. It was a lot of travelling to the field and I just couldn't afford it, especially with my hours and salary not guaranteed. This is only to make it more clear that this opportunity is not for everyone, evidently not for me. But do not be discouraged. You're not me. You might get a better chance so take it.
