Pros

• Startup company which means you can progress in your field. • There are a lot of young people in the company too. • There are also Christmas and Summer parties. • There are (were?) decent investors and backers so I feel the company will stay for a while longer.

Cons

• Lack of Culture. • High turnover of staff and people seem to leave regularly for new jobs. • Toxic (at times) atmosphere. • Poor wages at entry level. • Power struggles between management. • Lack of work life balance, regularly on call due to lack of teams working at the weekend.

Thank you for taking the time to share this review! We really appreciate your feedback shared, especially with regards our friendly culture and benefits. We are surprised to read that you have found it difficult to grow professionally, as one thing we are very proud of in this company are our internal movements, promotions and career progression - of which we have had many over the years. Your Line Manager and the HR Team would always have been pleased to give you some guidance on this matter. Further to this, we always keep our salary ranges in line with market rates, and continually benchmark these across the industry, and this is also something you could have raised in confidence with your Line Manager and/or the HR Team.
