Cons
Turnover on the retail team is very high. This is due to two things: 1. You’re paid ~$12-13/hr. You’re told you’ll have a raise after your probationary period but that will never happen. The retail employees are a huge value driver for the business but they’re not compensated fairly. Once people realize this they find a different job pretty quickly. 2. Management doesn’t care about you at all. There is a very clear divide between those who work on the retail floor and those who work upstairs. The only communication between those teams is through email blasts demanding that you act a certain way to maintain the brand image.
