      Pay bonus structured off personal sales and store sales. Endless amount of work to do. Take it as you will Good benefits after 3 months of working Over time is always available

      Cons

      Bonus' are based off the stores performance. If the store does poorly, low bonus. Good luck finding a consistent staff. Its a large work load so you may be doing others jobs. Large learning curve. The product knowledge never ends
