      Pros

      Support you recieve, on going training with suppliers, unlimited income potential (you get out what you put in). Good benefits package. Good support staff for sales people.

      Cons

      Hours can be long. If you are out for just a paycheck don't come here. If you are willing to work it can be very rewarding

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
