Coworkers are great. Management is willing to listen and implement change to help improve conditions for both employees and members. They like to promote from within and develop employees as much as possible. They are growing quickly, so opportunities for advancement are always being generated. Great culture, that genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their staff.

There are 10 locations, so you don't always get face time with folks and have to rely on technology to communicate. The team does get all employees together once a year which helps put names to faces.
