Pros
When I started a year ago, I was really impressed by the focus on continuous technical improvement and teamwork. Then Covid hit, and I have been so grateful for the incredibly understanding, flexible and communicative approach to working remotely, dealing with family commitments and various other Covid issues.
Cons
I think this year has been a tough transition for all companies, learning to work remotely and thi can be hard when dealing with technical issues. However, after some rough learning curves, it started to really flow and be effective. The business went through a tough time a year ago, and that was difficult for all - but the big new clients ( like Triller and another monster about to be named), new deals, new contracts and boost in share price has really been a significant turnaround for all involved.
