      1.If you don't have the job then can join here but exit is not simple like other companies You can avoid the pg or house so that you can save the rent on it since you'll have to be there in the office most of the time. Weekends are only in offer Letter 2. On time salary - you will get January salary in February end 3. Work life balance - Only work no balance 4. If you ever wanted to go back to your childhood days then its good place to stay 5. TRANSPARENT POLITICS

      There's no cons Great position with more responsibilities and poor salary Massive firing Freshers are under bond and they will be treated as slaves Experienced employees are treated as experienced slaves No freedom of speech

      Pros

      A very good company for learning and professional growth. The tech stack used is very advanced and futuristic. The work culture is supportive, and employees are given ownership backed by guidance. For freshers, this is an excellent place to start a career and gain strong exposure to modern technologies and real projects. The overall process and collaboration within teams are smooth and well organized.

      I have not experienced any major drawbacks so far. The overall environment, culture, and opportunities have been very positive. As the company grows further, scaling teams and processes could make the experience even better
