Pros

I like my job I find it interesting everyday. The company has been good to me for many years due mostly to my manager. I don't have an issue telling people I work for 7-Eleven generally it is not a bad company to work for, I worked for worse.

Cons

The Senior Management expects employees to do more work, in the same amount of time as previous years and we have to go without an increase in 2 years. Also insurance goes up each year, the bonus' go down so technically I am making less each year for the last 2 years and I am considered a top performer and SME in many subjects. There are too many inititives that is started, millions spent and then canceled or just too many and the same folks are on all projects. Then the co. expects over 100% on all projects, you are in meetings all day then expect to complete all the work in the meetings. There are too many senior management that have no idea what their department works on and how, and they are willing to "downsize" good employees that try to explain why a project won't work. The company is very political and you really need to be a man to get anywhere in senior management.

Pros

good work value and environment friendly

Cons

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Pros

· Guaranteed overtime — Night shifts often ran long, and overtime was consistently available. · $14/hour starting pay — Standard for the role, but the overnight differential helped. · Overnight schedule — Good for night owls or anyone who prefers a quieter work environment. · Hudson Oaks PD presence — Police regularly stopped by, which made the late hours feel safer. · Minimal direct supervision — No manager breathing down your neck during night shifts. You were trusted to run the store independently.

Cons

· No training provided — Promised during the interview, never delivered. · Missing cleaning supplies — Brooms, glass cleaner, disinfectant were frequently unavailable. · Poor communication from management — Last-minute schedule changes, full voicemail box, unanswered requests. · Unreliable morning crew — Night shift often had to stay late because morning people didn't show up on time. · Terminated after setting a boundary — Asked to leave at scheduled end time; was fired the next day.
