Pros
A fabulous team with a solid product. They have great relationships with their customers, and an extreme willingness to listen to customers for product features and improvements. The engineering team is very coherent and focused on goals. There is great communication in the company from sales, to marketing, to engineering, allowing the focus to truly be on the product.
Cons
IMO, the executive team is not as focused on sales as they should be. Setting quotas/goals would help push the product out farther and create even greater success.
