      Pros

      The leadership down to the ground level here was the best: nice people, smart, fair, room for growth and opinions counted! Teamwork was excellent-possibly the best I’ve experienced during an extremely challenging (mega growth) time. I was interviewed first by Ruben the CEO: great guy, engaged and cares.

      Cons

      I think things have calmed, but when I was there we were all working like nuts. This was at the peak of covid, when everything was going virtual and online events were absolutely saturated - 6Connex needed to hire like crazy. They did, so as I’ve heard, work hours have leveled off now.

      Pros

      Great team and collaboration between cross functional teams. Company listened to the CSM team I’m regard to what our customers were saying and needing improvement on.

      Fast growing company during Covid, making process non existent.
