Great company really enjoy working here. The boss is every friendly and treats everyone well. Can't think of anyone who does not like 5kount.

None that I can really think of. You really get what you put in and it's a great environment.

There are no pros at all.

The boss is always yelling and making extremely offensive comments either about clients or his employees. Lies about a big bonus which he uses to get you to work after 5pm... for free, he won't pay you a dime for your extra time. Harasses women and talks to the men at work about women behind their back. Very rude and crude. Flirts with his female employees often and mistreats them as well. Texts you at very inappropriate times. Fires the team at the end of the year to avoid pay raises and the supposed big bonus that he never actually gives to anyone.
