The owner is beyond petty and disrespectful. He provokes his employees while they are trying to work. If you don't say Hi to him he'll fire you. He has a legal history regarding fraud so its no surprise our checks seem lower than expected. This place is never fully staffed FOH & BOH, due to the numerous problems. So, you're working twice as hard for hardly any money. They don't make cuts like most restaurants so you're working a full shift with too many people so you're making 200-300 a night for 7 hours! You should be making more working in midtown but since management is horrible you wont be able to make more. Oh you have to pay for parking or take a risky chance of parking on the street. The owner refuses to make arrangements with the parking garage to allow employee parking. Shows how much they care for the safety of their employees.
