A lethal mix of poor leadership, lack of funds, and being too late in the game. To understand 5app's prospects, I highly recommend speaking to ex- sales and marketing senior leaders at the company (turnover is high in that area).

Pros
The only redeeming factor is that everyone in the marketing team is talented and hardworking, yet they remain undervalued. Unsurprisingly, they struggle to retain their best people because leadership doesn't recognise their worth.
Cons
Sales and marketing are made the scapegoat for an unsellable product. Leadership take no accountability and will throw anyone under the bus. No one is empowered to be successful in their role.
