Pros
The only benefit you get from here is working remotely.
Cons
Generally speaking, this company is manipulative and exploitative. They were trying to convince people that this is an excellent company to work at, even though it is the opposite. They were attempting to manipulate the reviews here. Only the higher-ups had a "work-life balance," while the designers suffered from overtime, overworking, no benefits, no salary increase, a low salary, and a heavy workload. Their reviews say it all, as do ours. Designers barely last a year, or 3 months, and sometimes a month, because of these reasons, and they continue to shut their eyes from the reality that this is a bad company. Management doesn’t listen and will never listen. They promote themselves as "empathetic leaders" when they do not process your promotion or salary increase. and instead of hiring designers with specific roles, they hire "multimedia designers" with the salary of junior designers to save. They will give you lots of promises and assurances but will never give you proper compensation for your work. all talk and no work. Full-time job offers aren’t really "full-time," as you will work as a contractor and will not have any benefits, despite advertising that they do. They aren’t registered here in the Philippines and don’t plan to be. They exploit the Filipinos for their own gain.
