      Pros

      Flexible hours but I am on East Coast so have to do at 5am-7am, I am a fulltime TESL teacher. So I have to do before work and Summers.

      Cons

      I do before work I am not going to continue it is to exhausting the students are different all the time anywhere from K-12 I have has all males and if they complain you do not get paid, Students should be assessed online to see where their levels are prior to enrolling. I found another on line company I was being paid $17 a hour,

      -flexibility -ability to cancel classes in case of emergency

      -the classes are checked all the times, so it might be a bit stressful
