      Pros

      Great product, great work environment and employee discount is fantastic!

      Cons

      Pay band is not where it should be. People at McDonalds make more money starting out than 5.11 employees, thats not right!!! Managers have left because the company won't match an extra $2.50 per hour. Other than the pay scale, this is a great company to work for.,

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
