      Pros

      Pay was competitive, Brand made the job easy at times.

      Cons

      Leadership was all over the place, there interest jumped from one day to the next on which direction they wanted to go. Time demands on employees were excessive and unrealistic. In the end if you were buddies with one of the senior staff and played the game you could get away with anything, if you were just an employee and didn't fully play the game then they pushed you out.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
