Terrible company who doesn't pay their contractors! - 2D Animator 4th Row Films Employee Review

4th Row employees and C suite are collaborative, down to earth, and incredibly helpful. You get real experience and really cool opportunities to work on projects that are actively being rolled out. Everyone I worked with there was super friendly, able to answer questions, and help you develop necessary skills for the various roles in film production (pre and post!).

Not many cons, job does require a certain level of knowledge of production/ editing softwares.

I never had the opportunity to meet my bosses. which made it challenging to get meaningful guidance or feedback. Additionally, the internship was unpaid, and I had to cover my own transportation costs, which added a financial burden. Most disappointingly, I didn’t gain any substantial skills or knowledge during my time there, which left me feeling like the experience was not as valuable as I had hoped.
