Pros

I've been with 4Liberty for almost 2 years now, and what stands out most is how the company shows up during the hardest moments. Through challenges and transitions, leadership has consistently communicated clearly, made thoughtful accommodations, and prioritized the well-being of employees. I truly appreciate being part of a company where transparency is not just a word but a value lived every day—from team leads, managers, executives and all the way to the owner. It's rare to find a workplace with this level of integrity and heart. Proud to be part of 4Liberty!

Cons

Nothing at this moment that I would recommend.

Pros

There are still many great people at 4Liberty who remain committed to doing meaningful work. However, it has been disheartening to see so many valued team members—those who helped build the company’s reputation—leave voluntarily or be let go without proper recognition of their contributions.

Cons

My perspective on 4Liberty as an employer has changed significantly over the past couple of years. When I first joined, the company fostered a strong culture rooted in hard work, collaboration, and genuine care for both clients and employees. There was a real sense of team and shared purpose. Unfortunately, that culture shifted with changes in senior leadership. The current direction feels increasingly disconnected from the day-to-day work and the clients we serve. The focus has shifted heavily toward billable hours, often at the expense of employee well-being and long-term client satisfaction. Layoffs have been handled with a noticeable lack of transparency and empathy, which has deeply affected morale throughout the organization. Sadly, the great place to work that 4Liberty once was no longer exists. If more current or former employees shared their experiences, I believe many would express similar concerns.
