Pros
Good pay. Room for advancement. Allows cross-training. Management is very understanding, flexible and always willing to help. Bonuses, discounted/complimentary services. No micromanaging. They often host team-building outings such as bowling, Happy Hour, etc. Weekends are not mandatory. Friendly staff.
Cons
I don't have any complaints except the distance/travel time.
