Pros
- Great co workers - Pay was decent - Simple, straightforward work when solely focused on data entry
Cons
- Team members of the same team held to different standards, some got away with not doing certain things whilst others were not, more 'senior' staff was permitted to work from home as they could be trusted although they actually did no work for up to hours, something the staff which had to work in the office would be reprimanded for. - Extra responsibilities being added as time went by. Data entry team was consistently asked to perform roles of other departments with the reason of "the company being a small start up". It seemed like we were the only team expected to perform other extraneous duties. - Different levels of staff being held to different standards. One of the data entry team was reprimanded for slouching in their chair as it was "unprofessional". What was unprofessional was the CEO and CFO drinking beer in front of all the staff on a Wednesday afternoon whilst loudly talking. They could have at least taken it to a more private meeting room, surely. - No indication of increase in pay after a year working there. Was only offered to another role which I could be payed more. This did not align with my interests as I wished to stay in data entry and be paid more as I was being referred to as "senior staff" and being given more responsibilities.
