HR department is a shambles - they have no idea of what the law requires you to have in place (employee details and procedures ) and think they run the place.
Managers and HR happily think they can treat people like dirt and have a very strong 'us and them' culture.
The London office were able to delete a lot of their negative reviews when Cloud Socius (original London company) was bought by 4C, so don't believe the squeaky clean image they have on here. They have been very clever to wipe any negativity about them that was on this site before (again, generally complaints about HR and management).
The CEO in London is a very fake person - puts on that he cares deeply about his staff but really couldn't care less. In fact - you're only on his radar if you're making him money. The worldwide CEO won't even look you in the eye.
The office is around 80 people on one floor and most of them don't even know each others' names. I have worked in companies of 200 before and made an effort to be on a personable level with everyone. Its cliquey - if you're a little different you're disliked. Because I was friendly with everyone I heard a lot of mean comments about one another which I think is really immature in a work place.
I was bullied here and developed serious anxiety - it may look like there are perks to working here, but trust me there's not. I was extremely good at my job - but that was overlooked because I didn't fit in to their culture.
