-People at the office are friendly and fun -No cap on how much you can make (but don't be fooled, it's not easy to sell to business owners who get many sales people in their door every day, and unexpectedly too) -Opportunity to move up ladder for everyone, in a fairly short amount of time -There are people making good money. You have to really want to do it, and like selling/see it as a fun challenge, or have no other options.

-Entirely commission based. -8 days of unpaid training before you go by yourself, no reimbursement for gas you use to drive to locations as far as 90km in a day not including km you drove to get to the office in the morning or back home at the end of the day. You will likely carpool with other employees who won't pitch in. Consider public transit. -No benefits/coverage. -Morning meetings can be fun, and encouraging, but also a waste of time when you can be out making sales and at least trying to make money. Should at least be paid for morning meetings. You're considered an independent contractor who is allowed to work your own times and hours but if you don't adhere to the offices "recommended work times" they will probably fire you. -Be prepared to not make sales every day/week(s) aka spending 9+ hrs, plus gas money, and making 0.

What I loved about this company was the fact that we got to learn and grow every morning. They filled the mornings with lessons, workshops, and games. I learned something new everyday at my time there and the people there are so welcoming and close. There's team night every Thursday, and Friday's are cut short because they respect your social lives which is really cool. It's a business to business job so your schedule is super flexible and your lunch breaks can be as short or as long as you wish.

When entering this job, I was told that I'd be making atleast $1000 a week. However, the sad truth is I made $0. When coming into the job I was told that the great benefits of it were that you get rewarded for your hard work. The more you work the more money comes in, the harder you try, the better the results. I stuck with that company for a good month and a half, I worked my butt off and I got nothing except an interesting experience, yelled at by more business owners than I can count, and nothing to pay for my phone bill, rent, or food.
