The work was very interesting and was always challenging - definitely would recommend for potential interns or full-time employees.
Team was very welcoming, supportive and overall fantastic. An awesome culture is a really big part of 42 and everything management did reiterated this. Cathy (CEO) and Nick (CTO) are great leaders and have built a great team dynamic full of passionate people. CEO dedicates a lot of her time to making sure the team has what they need to perform their best.
Lars (Director of Analytics ) also loves interns and going on weekend trips to crazy cool places. Perks (aside from a great team) included jet-ski days, atv-ing on sand dunes, free meals, leniency on work hours.
