My experience with 4 Serv Solution in Wixom, Michigan, headed by Rakesh Gampala, has been deeply unsatisfactory. The company consistently failed to pay salaries on time, leaving employees financially strained and demoralized. The compensation provided was well below industry standards, and arbitrary deductions for H1 processing, insurance, and i140 processing fees only exacerbated the issue. False promises were a constant occurrence, particularly regarding bonuses that were never delivered despite years of service. The company's lack of transparency in pay structure and deductions further eroded trust. Obtaining proper documentation for travel was a struggle, causing unnecessary stress for employees dealing with visa and legal requirements. Even after transitioning to another employer, the company's unprofessionalism persisted. Attempts to contact for an experience certificate were met with silence from Rakesh Gampala and his team. In summary, my time with 4 Serv Solution under Rakesh Gampala's leadership was marred by delayed payments, broken promises, inadequate compensation, and a lack of professionalism. I caution others against considering employment with this company.
