      No on-site of longer duration. Domain knowledge would grow but technical may remain constant. Project internal change is little difficult.

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

      Cons

      Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
