My time at 3TI taught me a valuable lesson early in my career: always look out for yourself because your employer rarely will.
Cons
The other 1 star review nailed it. Rampant nepotism. Management constantly changing directions and shifting manpower to match. Misleading statements during the hiring process. They’ll lie to you about all the projects they have upcoming and advancement opportunities to get you to sign the dotted line for the project they have NOW. The future projects won’t come to fruition and you’ll be left holding the bag once they get what they need out of you. If you have a clearance and a pulse there are other companies more deserving of your time and effort.
