Pros

- Good work/life balance - More or less stable - Mostly friendly and capable colleagues - depending on the team/project - Cool products - again depending on the project - International teams (except for management) - Nice canteen

Cons

- The company changed drastically in the last couple of years and with the new CEO in charge - the focus changed from innovation to exclusively making money and cutting costs. - All the focus, hiring, and prioritization are directed at one area that is the most profitable. All other areas are neglected but the expectations of results are still there which is completely unrealistic as well as demotivating. - Top management tried to make Ukrainian employees (mostly women many of whom had kids/older parents with them) who fled the war and moved to other countries to go back to Kyiv which is attacked almost daily with missiles and drones. Furthermore, they wanted them to go back to the office which is 90% made of glass and has minimal safety zones. Without accepting any liability in case something happened to them, I might add. They only reversed the decision after a severe pushback from Danish employees. Not to mention there was little to no support for Ukrainian employees who moved from Ukraine during this time from the company. Apart from the individual managers who provided support on their own. Also, fun fact - all other locations, except Ukraine, got the annual salary reviews this year. The company decided to cut some costs simply because they could - talk about loyalty. The office in Ukraine is more than 15 years old and made a huge contribution to the company's success. - There's a lot of corporate talk of support, organizational improvements, and diversity but that's all it is - talk. In reality, all senior leadership consists 100% of Danes and 90% of men. Promotions higher than mid-level are in most cases given not to the most effective or experienced people but to those who give good presentations and fit the Danish culture, so basically no diversity whatsoever. - Organizational structure is a mess, lots of interdependencies between projects which leads to missed deadlines, stress, and confusion. - No loyalty or regard for people who have spent years building the company into what it is today, especially from the top management. No wonder they keep leaving and taking their knowledge that can't be replaced with them. - Management has high expectations and the pressure from competitors is growing, so there is quite a lot of work to do across all departments but not enough people to do it.

Pros

Great Comp. Package Remote Liked immediate team members Tool access Innovative

Cons

High role responsibilities and expectation without providing the resources to achieve the KPI's. Very toxic work culture. People get fired for no reason on a daily basis that have been veterans even. It was sad to see so many people leave and just watch people wake up to an unexplained meeting with HR that they will suddenly not have a job to feed their family. Leadership has an extremely high turnover due to this and leaves the team often swimming above water. Leadership promoted to replace previous directors are never qualified and the atmosphere is quite toxic and high-school cliques. I actually enjoyed my work itself, but chose to depart. They try 'too hard' to push the diversity and inclusion aspect of the work environment rather than having and keeping qualified people.
