One of owners who I report is excellent manager. Extremely experienced and successful in this field but he gives guidance instead of orders. Firm developed good tech edge which is not common even for top companies in this field. High quality of people, mostly team players then individuals.

Things not related with tech and trading takes longer.

They encourage you to take initiative and it is a merit driven environment. The people who work here are very smart, very experienced in the field and highly driven. Management encourages and rewards performance and contributions and discourage politics. Owner is a very smart, very successful, down to earth and hands on person. Good infrastructure and research environment.

Its a lean environment, so there are sometimes too many priorities and not enough resources.
