We are pleased to inform that with the two recent acquisitions done and our product mindset, we have been able to continue introducing/expanding projects. In addition to this, organisation gives due attention to career interest of each team member as per which project is assigned. With the growing organisation, each project has ample of opportunities for team members to learn and grow. We strongly encourage our team members to highlight their aspirations and concerns to their reporting managers and Talent Business Partner so as to have a relevant growth plan defined for them. Withal we believe in continuous improvement hence all our team members, including management are open for feedback and suggestions which can bring improvement.
