Pros
They're providing a great space and platform for a fresh out of college, woman of color to work in sports. The CEO and art director took a leap of faith hiring me as a younger but experienced SMM and it has been going well! As SMM, I communicate with the operations and sales department for different media concepts...they're all welcoming and open to assisting me in whatever I need for my content. I started training asap in the beginning but they provided me a proper cubicle/office space and all the equipment I needed to do my job. I can't speak to the other reviews on the page but in my own experience, everyone has been accepting of me and are happy to continue cultivating a team environment that supports my creative ideas.
Cons
We're rapidly growing and could benefit by moving to an even larger facility.
