Good safe working environment and a sincere commitment to ethical working practices. Good terms and conditions. Training and developement is good.
Cons
The last ten years has seen a trend to shorter and shorter term thinking. The focus, these days, is on whether this week's plan will be achieved. Often arbitrary targets not related to the customer need. This increasingly prevents any focus on longer term planning in the factories. Sad to see.
