      Pros

      The people who work there are great and knowledgeable. Many do their best to advance the company further every day. Despite that, the atmosphere is usually pretty relaxed and people are not under stress.

      Cons

      Lots of promises from top bosses which usually are not followed up with action. So don't take what they tell you for granted

      Pros

      - Talented, friendly colleagues. - Opportunities for self-driven learning and growth (if you survive the environment).

      Cons

      - Severe salary payment issues (months without pay). - Micromanagement from founders/CEOs on a daily basis. - Extremely poor financial and operational management. - Vague and unreliable communication about important matters. - No real long-term stability or job security.

      Pros

      - Blockchain technology for private sector - Cool opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer as well as inside the company

      Cons

      - compensation was always delayed and contract was violated on their side. A lot of unfulfilled promises that the compensation will come "soon". - worst case is in 2025, almost 4 months of unpaid compensation and contract violation and counting - time tracking on every task (rounding to 30 minutes) is leading to burnouts
